–
S.E. Wyatt Company begins site work on
the new Motorsports Office/Warehouse.
Grading and site development has started on this 4
acre site. The site work package includes 4 acres of fully developed
area including erosion control and grading, site utilities, storm
drainage, retaining walls, curb and gutter, and asphalt and concrete
paving. Building construction is scheduled to start in early 2009
with project completion scheduled for Fall 2009.

Jan. 2008 – Building construction begins on
the new Motorsports Office/Warehouse
Building construction is underway on this
new 50,000 SF office/warehouse building. The 44,800 SF one-story
warehouse will feature tilt-up concrete wall panels, conventional
steel, membrane roofing, and overhead doors and dock equipment. The
5,000 SF two-story, fully upfitted office will feature a signature
two-story silicone structural glazed glass curtain wall and will be
used for corporate offices. Project completion scheduled for Fall
2009.
